This policy describes the processing policy of the personal data collected by BLUMKINE on the site with your consent


Personal data

BLUMKINE respects your concerns about the confidentiality of the personal data we collect. BLUMKINE thus undertakes to protect and guarantee the security and confidentiality of its customers' personal data in accordance with the GDPR, in particular by taking all necessary precautions to prevent such data from being distorted, damaged or access by unauthorized third parties.


Technical security and management measures in accordance with the state of the art, in particular as regards information systems, have been implemented. However, BLUMKINE does not control all risks associated with the operation of the Internet and draws users' attention to the existence of potential risks associated with its use and operation.


BLUMKINE collects personal data to record and process your orders, create your personal account, subscribe to the newsletter and manage your customer service relationships.


When ordering, BLUMKINE collects the following personal data: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, and means of payment that are necessary for the processing of your requests.


Information that is required for us to process your orders or requests is identified with an asterisk on the collection forms. If you leave these mandatory fields blank, we will not be able to process them.

The personal data collected are communicated only to BLUMKINE’s service providers who, as subcontractors within the meaning of the GDPR, intervene and contribute directly to the management of orders and customer service; such as logistician, payment provider, site technical providers.


Order management and payment involves the transfer of data in third countries to the European Union - such as Canada - but which provide an equivalent level of protection.


In order to combat fraudulent payments during online purchases, the payment service provider implements an algorithm-based risk assessment and fraud prevention procedure.


The data may also be transmitted to third parties when you have given us prior consent to such transmission or when BLUMKINE is convened at the request of a judicial authority or any other administration to transmit this data.


The personal data of the customer are only kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes stated above.


According to the GDPR, the customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to his personal data.

The response to the request made on the basis of one or more computer rights and freedoms will be sent within one month of receipt of the request.


The customer may, in accordance with the GDPR, give instructions regarding the use of his personal data to define how he intends to be exercised, after his death, the computer rights and freedoms in accordance with the GDPR.
